Few steaks can compare to one cooked by Jim Rasberry – he is notorious around Laurel for being a grill master. His secret to a good steak is the way he serves them: pulled from the grill and left to rest for a few minutes, he slices them into strips and lets them sit in the drippings to soak up all the flavor. Everyone huddles around the tray sneaking bites before grace is even said and plates are fixed.

We were thrilled when Jim came to our team to help design his ideal cut-and-serve board. The unique hollowed design features a raised perimeter to help keep those juices with the steaks and off your countertops. Mallorie loves this board, too, because it makes the perfect charcuterie option.
